The RGC flow

The ordering flow is intentionally simple: create the order first, pay grading and return shipping, send the cards to RGC, and follow every stage from your account.

Enter the player, year, set, card number, variation, declared value, and service level for each card.
Step 02
Pay grading + return shipping
Review the order, choose return shipping, accept the submission terms, and complete checkout before mailing the package.
Step 03
Mail your cards to RGC
Print the packing slip, package the cards securely, and ship them to the RGC intake address using the carrier you prefer.
Step 04
Grade, slab & return
RGC logs the package, grades each card using AI-assisted tools plus human review, encapsulates it, and ships it back.

Sports cards. Standard size. $1,500 raw value or less.
RGC is intentionally focused at launch. Please confirm your cards meet these requirements before creating an order.
Baseball, basketball, football, hockey, soccer, and other sports trading cards are accepted.
RGC currently grades standard-size cards that fit our supported holders. Oversized and specialty-format cards are not accepted at this time.
Each submitted card must have an estimated ungraded/raw market value of $1,500 or less when it is sent to RGC.
RGC does not currently accept Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or other non-sports trading card game cards.
Important:If RGC determines that a submitted card exceeds the $1,500 raw-value limit, the card will be returned ungraded. No refund will be issued; amounts paid will be applied to shipping, handling, intake, and processing costs as described in the Terms of Service.Read Terms →
